The religious rituals were taken place for two days \u00a09, 10 May 2014.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Grand requiem held in Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Hanoi) was chaired by His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa, His Eminence Gyalwa Dokhampa and the Drukpa Sangha Teaching Entourage on behalf of Indian Buddhism with the desire for world peace and national prosperity. This is one of the activities in the Grand ceremony of UN Vesak 2014 jointly organized by \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. The Drukpa Sangha Teaching Entourage lead by the His Holiness was in charge of international Buddhist ritual (chanting, ritual) in the Grand ceremony.
