Earlier, on 13 July 2019, he had attended Hanoi\u2019s 20<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the UNESCO\u2019s \u201cCity for Peace\u201d designation (16\/7\/1999- 16\/7\/2019).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During his visit to the Citadel, Mr. Matoko expressed his appreciation of the long-established cultural values of Th\u0103ng Long &#8211; H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i, and his hope that the city will enjoy sustained growth while preserving well its cultural and historical values, as it embarks on active regional and international integration. He also took note of the efforts made by the Th\u0103ng Long &#8211; H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i Heritage Conservation Centre in the safeguarding and conservation of the Imperial Citadel, especially in the interpretation of the site and the introduction of education programmes which bring heritage closer to children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Some photos of the
