Based on Resolution No. 16/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 6, 2023, regarding amendments to the regulations on fees for visiting scenic spots, historical sites, and cultural works in Hanoi, as stipulated in Resolution No. 06/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 7, 2020, of the Hanoi People’s Council,
The Central Sector of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long respectfully announces the adjustment of entrance fees for the Central Sector of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long – Hanoi as follows:
Effective Date: From January 1, 2025
Entrance Fee for Vietnamese and International Visitors: 100,000 VND/person/visit
50% Discount (50,000 VND/person/visit):
- Individuals with severe disabilities as specified in Clause 2, Article 11 of Decree No. 28/2012/ND-CP dated April 10, 2012, by the Government.
- Elderly individuals, as defined in Article 2 of the Law on Elderly Persons, who are Vietnamese citizens aged 60 years or older and hold an Elderly Person Card.
- Students, trainees, and university students aged 16 or older with valid student IDs issued by educational institutions under the national education system in Vietnam.
- Beneficiaries of cultural enjoyment policies:
- Residents of particularly disadvantaged mountainous, remote, and isolated areas.
- People with meritorious service to the revolution.
- Individuals with disabilities, lonely elderly persons, and students of ethnic minority boarding schools.
Free Admission:
- Individuals with exceptionally severe disabilities as specified in Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree No. 28/2012/ND-CP dated April 10, 2012.
- Children under 16 years of age (with proof such as a birth certificate or student ID). In cases where documentation is unavailable, a height of less than 1.3 meters will be used to determine eligibility.
